corinne is turning 3 on september 26th. since she adores jessie we thought it would be fun to throw her a cowgirl/cowboy party. we went to the disney store last week and looked around (mistake #1). while we were there corinne spotted a jessie doll that's designed after the doll in the movie. that was it! she wanted to buy it and take it home "for her birthday". i told her she could tell daddy that she wanted the doll for her birthday, but we weren't buying toys that day. after we got home that afternoon she came up to ted and whispered in his ear, "daddy, i really, really want the tall, tall jessie doll for my birthday". she keeps asking if we're "going to her birthday" (apparently your birthday is a destination.) yesterday she and i were sitting on the couch snuggling and she whispered in my ear, "mommy, i want the tall, tall jessie doll for my birthday"...it's gonna be a long month:)
